Jessica A. N. Fett, APRN Medical Director/Owner

When Jessica was just five years old, a car accident stopped her heart for a full minute. She survived, but she has lived ever since as a puzzle that never quite fit back together — carrying that reality into every step of her journey. During her long hospital stays, she met more than a few mean nurses, and she knew even then that she wanted to grow up and do it differently. That mix of early fracture and fierce determination is what fuels her calling: helping people rebuild, recover, and cross thresholds of health they never thought possible.

Jessica began her nursing path at Madonna University, where she was mentored by a group of nuns who deepened her sense of purpose. She went on to earn her master’s at Duke University, graduating with honors, and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

From the start, her work was anything but easy. She took urgent care shifts no one else wanted, replaced doctors in high-stakes environments, and often carried the load of multiple providers as the only NP on staff. She built pediatric programs from scratch, endured active-shooter lockdowns, and cared for children in crisis when no one else would step in. She’s faced pressure to compromise her ethics, and walked away instead. Through it all, she kept showing up — because that’s who she is.

In 2022, a short trip to Israel gave her clarity: she didn’t need to martyr herself in broken systems. She could build something new. That vision became Ignite Wellness..

Outside of work, Jessica is the mother of two young adult sons. She’s a competitive dancer despite not being able to tell where her left foot is in space, proof that grit can turn into grace. She’s also a published author, national speaker, and host of the podcast Tox & A Prayer. Always smiling with a spark of sass in her eyes, Jessica is both disarmingly approachable and unexpectedly sharp. She’s striking in presence, endlessly curious, and unapologetically a medical nerd — the kind of person who makes wellness feel not only possible, but contagious.

An APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) is a registered nurse who has gone beyond the standard RN training to earn a master’s or doctoral degree and advanced clinical certification. They are highly trained clinicians who can diagnose, treat, prescribe, and manage care in much the same way that physicians do.

  • Assess patients, take histories, perform physical exams.
  • Order and interpret labs and imaging.

  • Diagnose illnesses and chronic conditions.

  • Prescribe medications (in most states, independently; in some, with physician collaboration).

  • Develop and manage treatment plans.

  • Provide counseling on health, prevention, and lifestyle

Rizza T. Stack

Massage Therapist

Rizza has a decade of experience in Massage Therapy. She started her practice in Singapore before moving to Connecticut and finishing up her education at the Connecticut Center of Massage. She was especially inspired by her mother, who incorporated oregano leaves and massage to care for ill family members. Rizza first employed this method on her father to help relieve his back pain after a hard day of work. She found satisfaction and empowerment from the ability to cure people’s pain, which further confirmed her calling. Her philosophy on Excellence and Wellness is that positive energy and a positive attitude can lead to treatment, and sometimes cure, of many physical issues. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
